When you get to understand how your hips is functioning, so you get more freedom :
– you will learn how to feel the tension and get into it to release it by doing some simple exercises using stability and respiration
– you will learn how to relax into the hips and knees by stretching out
When you realize what is the knee function, you will be able to length your leg and stretch them properly
– you will learn how to move your leg into the hip
– you will get better to support your body-posture standing on your 2 legs and even on one, improving your balance ;-)
AND to the end, we’re going to relax and stretch the whole, Hips and Legs with a surprising easy exercise!
