I was born in the South of France in 1965 and spent most of my life in a small town near Lyon. I have lived in Denmark since 1993. I am a life coach and pilates instructor in Copenhagen, Denmark.

“If you feel tense in either the hips or knees, this is a workshop for you ;-)”
When you get to understand how your hips is functioning, so you get more freedom :
– you will learn how to feel the tension and get into it to release it by doing some simple exercises using stability and respiration
– you will learn how to relax into the hips and knees by stretching out
When you realize what is the knee function, you will be able to length your leg and stretch them properly
– you will learn how to move your leg into the hip
– you will get better to support your body-posture standing on your 2 legs and even on one, improving your balance ;-)
AND to the end, we’re going to relax and stretch the whole, Hips and Legs with a surprising easy exercise!

If you wish your back to respond better to your desire, you might will enjoy this workshop where focus will be on 
“WHY” this blockage or pain ?
“WHAT” can I do for releasing these?
“HOW” will I keep holding the best posture in my everyday life?
– Blockage and pain come from different posture you hold without conscientious, at work, in the evening on the sofa, seated by a table, etc…
– Exercises is the best as you know for providing these to come back and in order to hold these away for the better
– You just don’t always know how to do it or what is the best tools to feel better every morning
In this workshop I will help you to feel your back and become friendly with it.
I have a bunch of exercises to share with you and as a background of many years of dancing and teaching body movement to both children and adults, I can guaranty you that your back is your foundation “rock” to any movement you’d wish to hold  
I am inviting you to follow this video, for having a taste of what can be done
